Shotglasses From The Future

I recently obtained a shotglass for the 2012 olympics. The reason this is newsworthy is that the International Olympic Committee has not decided where the 2012 games will be held. There are a number of other items available for the games, including pins, mugs, and t-shirts. I'm not sure what the official reason is for creating souvenirs for an event that may never happen, but if the Olympics are not in New York City in 2012, this will make a very interesting souvenir!

UPDATE

New York was not chosen to host the 2012 Olympics, so these glasses are destined to confuse future collectors!
