There is not one written specifically for shotglasses, but there are a number of "generic" collector's databases out there (there is even a link in the archived messages about such a product, but it looks like they went out of business)
The problem with most of these is they don't give you the column names that you need, or they give you alot more crap than you need
My solution is to use a spreadheet http://www.shotglass.org/shotlist.xls I have over 10,000 entered with room for 50,000 more (my wife will kill me if I ever get enough to need something other than the spreadsheet :)
