: The "classic" version of this is made by a german company called Rosenthal and people call the glass a Rosenthal egg.
: The top of the glass is angled, so that when the glass is full and leaning on the side, the opening is now parallel to the tabletop.

: There are copies of it out there, and a number of alcohol companies have put a logo on a similar glass that they call a spinner.
