Vaseline bottoms up shot glass w/ patent

I would like to get some info about this piece I have. I know alittle from what I have read. Its a bottoms up shot glass with a Patent number PAT77725. It glows in the blacklight, and is a vaseline color/yellow. When was it made (year), who made it and its worth possible. Thanks in advance- Mike
