Pickvet's most recent book (The Encyclopedia of Shotglasses) is the best I've seen as a price guide. Barbara Edmunson's revised Old Advertising Sprits: Glasses book has a pretty fair price guide for whiskey sample glasses (and a great guide to them) but is probably getting a bit dated in prices already.
