This glass was made by Federal in the 1940s-1950s and it was part of a four glass set called the "here's how rumpus set"
There are color variations where the second color is either orange, red or yellow.
These are fairly common glasses, and not worth more than average -- $3-$5

: I have a shot glass that has a man shouting and throwing a boot at two cats outside, fighting. It is clear with black figures and orange moon and orange stripe on the bottom edge with little black houses on it. No markings except it says, " Good Luck" on it.
